Our Prenatal Workouts are designed to give you the best and safest workout from pregnancy through motherhood. Our trainers are passionate about caring for and supporting new moms through all the joys and challenges that pregnancy and motherhood present helping make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.
There are countless benefits to working out while pregnant; mental well being, better sleep, and of course the many physical benefits. The goal of exercise during pregnancy is to maintain moms pre-baby fitness level and minimize the risk to baby. Exercise guidelines and programs will be tailored to you and your body, skill set and ability!
Our Prenatal Training program has a focus on increasing your strength and stability to help minimize aches and pains; it will boost your endurance and stamina to help you prepare for delivery; and when you're ready (and cleared by your doctor) we'll be there to ease you back in to your workout routines!
If you're interested in our Prenatal Workouts you'll be put in contact with our trainer Nikkii. She gave birth to her first child in November of 2020 and managed to work out up until the day she gave birth. We consider her the best in the business when it comes to Prenatal Training since she's personally be there.
